Hey, I’m Cam, owner and founder of CamFit and a NASM-certified fitness professional with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
I’ve coached in just about every setting—big box gyms, private studios, group training facilities, high-end fitness boutiques, and online platforms. I also stay active in the local community by hosting meetups, leading events, and building real connections with the people I train.
Beyond personal and small group training, I specialize in power, speed, and agility coaching for student athletes, helping them develop the tools they need to compete and excel on and off the field.
